After you've completed an exercise you'll be asked to measure any pain you may have experienced.

You'll be asked to rank your pain from 0 - 5 using your hand.

How to measure your pain.

  1. Stand facing forward towards the camera.

  2. Using the hand that is highlighted on the screen, move it across the screen.

  3. Move the hand to a number that represents the pain that was experienced.

  4. Hold the hand in position for 1 second to confirm the number.

Pain Number meanings

0 = No Pain during exercise

1 = Mild pain

2 = Moderate pain

3 = Severe pain

4 = Extreme pain
